The only place you can download the LED Edit application from is iPixel LED Light Co.,Ltd website. They are the only ones that still have the software you need.
I recommend checking their website to see other options as well.
To download LED Edit, click on the image with the icons.
I am using Windows 7 and I've successfully installed LedEdit 2014, but I can't work with this software.Because I click on new project and this error appears: "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. Class not registered". How to solve this problem?

I believe this is a problem that's connected with the installation of the Net Framework. I recommend you install the latest version through the link posted below.
I have Windows 10 and Net Framework and the program works normally without errors. To check the versions of Net Framework installed, open a Command Prompt and type this: dir %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\ /a:d
The command will list all the folders with Net Framework and the installed versions.
No, the application wasn't developed to run on Mac OSX systems. Based on the details that I've found about this software, it appears that it only supports Windows operating systems (XP, 7 , and Windows 8).
You can try to run it on Mac with the help of Wine Bottler, but I believe it will do no good since you can't install the drivers for the ports required by the device where you want to change the LED properties.
How do I install LedEdit 2014 on Windows 10? I can't do it because the Setup tells me "Source file not found.... Interop.ShockwaveFlashObjets.dll. Verify that the file exists". The problem is that Windows 10 does not allow me to uninstall and install Flash.

On Windows 10, Adobe Flash installs just like any other application which means you can install or uninstall it. If you have issues doing this, run Revo and the application will get rid of the Adobe Flash.
I have tested the application and it works just fine on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. After you download the ZIP archive, extract it and browse to the DotNetFX folder. Install all those packages then proceed to actual program and it should work properly.

You can give it a try using the following link: http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/
